Plastic Recycling Turn-Key Plant

These Plant are consisted of :

1.TECHNOFER Crashing, Separating and Washing Plant

TECHNOFER Washing Plant is used for Crashing, Separating, Washing and Cleaning 

the Raw Material before feeding to the Extruder (EREMAR).

Plant Troughput :	900-1000 kg/hr.

Residual Moisture :	0.5-0.8 % max.			

Material Characteristics to be Processed

	Material : 	Post-consumer PET Bottles, Films or Fiber

	Contamination :	AL and PE Caps,paper and plastic labels (PVC and OPP)

			PE base-cups,dirt and soil,oil,residues from soft drink 

			or content,hotmelt glue,some chemical such as herbicides,

			toxic agent and etc.

2.EREMA Pelletizing Plant RGA 160 TE-SG

EREMAR Pelletizing Systems are used for the recycling of the thermoplastic waste,

especially PET-Bottles,Films and Fibre. Recycling is implemented in one operating

step by means of the  RM-compact plant(cutter/extruder combination).

The end product are melt-filtrated clean and uniform pellets with superior 

free-flowing properties and very good mixing characteristics.

PET Recycling Output Material approx. 800 - 1100 kg/hr.

3.Water Treatment Plant

The turn-key water treatment system are included :microfiltration section for paper 

and dirt removal,desoliation section for grease and oil removal,chemical treatment 

and reaction tank for pesticides,setting for muds and active carbons/coals for cleaning,

press for muds size reduction,automatic device for system water refilling of the amount 

of water necessary ,pumps, valves and pipeline to have a close circuit in the line.
